ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
We process orders from Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to the U.S. and to a select number of international destinations.
Shipping estimates depends on your location.
If you live in California, you should expect a faster timeframe
for delivery compared to an order from Maine.
Shipping is free for orders over $50 USD in the Contiguous USA.
For other rates please enter your shipping address at checkout.
Domestic Shipping takes 3-8 business days to arrive unless
otherwise stated on the product page.
International orders (outside USA) may take an additional 10-15 days to arrive. Additional taxes and duties are paid by the customer.
The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30 day guarantee return policy for all dog accessories.
